If a separate order is placed unfortunately multi shipping discounts cannot be offered. For security purposes, all transactions will have a tracking number associated with each purchase. Also, each transaction has credit card processing fees associated with them.

A common frequently asked question that we receive is how many bundles are required for an install with our hair? A common misconception that occurs is customers will generally use virgin hair equivalents or base their quantity amounts from previous companies. Due to the quality of hair, we source and the procedures used when creating our wefts we ensure that you will always receive the fullest bundles possible. Please see below the recommended quantities for our products.

  • If you are purchasing lengths between 12″ & 18″ you will need 2 bundles.
  • If you are purchasing lengths between 20″ & 30″ you will need 3 bundles. 

Always use your longest length to determine the correct amount of hair to purchase. Example: If you are purchasing a 16″/18″/20″ you will need 3 bundles.

These requirements apply to traditional sew-ins, closure, and frontal sew-ins and/or units. Very Important: Do Not skip purchasing a bundle because you choose to purchase a closure or frontal.

Lets start with the true definition of virgin hair because it’s very important:

  • Virgin Hair: Human hair that has never been chemically or mechanically manipulated.   
  • Raw Hair: Raw hair, is by true definition, virgin hair. However, the hair industry has been flooded with all types of hair that the word “raw” needed to be incorporated to properly differentiate between real virgin hair, “raw”, and processed virgin hair.

Real virgin hair will come in 3 basic textures; Straight, Wavy, & Curly. Anything else is processed to a degree. Body Wave, Kinky Curly, Exotic Curly, Loose and Deep Wave are all examples of processed virgin hair.

The main advantages to having Pure Raw Virgin Hair are as follows:

  • Fuller bundles
  • Higher quality and longer lasting hair
  • Natural looking and flowing hair that blends with all hair types
  • Cuticle aligned hair. No matting
  • No chemical processing
  • Hair is purely from one person no blended lengths or hair additives.

Hair Care Guide

Care For Your Hair And You Hair Will Care For You

Our hair is completely unprocessed and natural. We highly encourage all of our customers to follow these pre-installation steps before the installation of the hair, and after installation and on a weekly basis. We recommend these steps to ensure the highest quality outcome from your new hair, and to preserve your investment. Our hair is reusable and with proper care and maintenance your hair will last. 

STEP 01

Brush out all knots. Gently brush from the bottom up.

STEP 02

Wet the hair with warm water.

STEP 03

We highly recommend co-washing your hair extensions for optimal results. Design Essentials Almond & Avocado Nourishing Co-Wash is highly recommended.

If you desire you can also shampoo if that is your preference. However, we strongly recommend a using Sulfate Free Shampoo

If you are someone that prefers to shampoo, then we recommend using Dove Intense Repair Conditioner following your shampoo, or Design Essentials Co-Wash shown above. Only one is necessary.

STEP 04

Rinse the shampoo with warm water.

TIP: Warm water helps open the cuticle and prepares the hair for the next step.

STEP 05

Apply a generous amount of conditioner.

Run your fingers through the hair from the top down. Scrunch the ends with conditioner. 

TIP: Comb the conditioner through with a wide tooth comb.

STEP 06

Gently pat dry with a towel and then hang dry the hair to naturally air dry.

DO NOT rub the hair to dry it this will damage the hair. For best results, apply a generous amount of leave-in conditioner every week. Our recommended leave in for all hair types is One n’ Only Brazilian Tech Leave-In Treatment. 

STEP 07

When styling with heating tools please use a silicon based serum.

We recommend Mizani ThermaSmooth Smooth Guard Serum. This can be used on wet or dry hair along with the leave in above. If you are wearing the hair in the natural state or straightening these products will work.

Night Care

At night gently brush hair and place in 2 braids or wrap your hair. Tie down with a silk scarf or satin bonnet. If wearing curly you can place in a pineapple and tie down with a silk scarf.

Morning Time

Style per usual. If wearing curly spray with water conditioner combo in the morning and use a wide tooth comb, or paddle brush with a small amount on ThermaSmooth and go.

Hair Length Guide

INDIAN & CAMBODIAN HAIR: Straight raw hair is true to its length, wavy hair is usually about 1.5″ longer when straightened, and curly hair is also usually 1.5″ longer when straightened. The hair is true to length in it’s natural state.

HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL YOU NEED?

  • 12″-16″ 2 Bundles
  • 18″-22″ 3 Bundles
  • 24″ & Up 4 Bundles

*This applies to partial sew-ins, full sew-in, and closure/frontal sew-ins and vixens. You will not need any more hair than this. **YOU WILL NEED THE ABOVE QUANTITIES, PLUS CLOSURE OR FRONTAL IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE ONE. 

IF YOU DESIRE EXTREMELY FULL HAIR, PLEASE ADD ONE ADDITIONAL BUNDLE.

It’s very important to choose a length which you will be happy with. A very long length can be hard to maintain if you are new to hair extensions.

Depending on the style you plan to wear, the length you select, and the size of your head,  a minimum of two bundles is needed for a natural-looking sew-in. Three or more for a full look. Longer lengths (18″+) typically require three bundles. If you will be wearing a closure, you will usually only require 2 bundles of hair + closure.

The number of bundles purchased depends on the look a client is going for. Some clients prefer three bundles over two bundles, some prefer four bundles over three. It varies by client and their desired style.

Clients preferring a partial sew-in typically require only one bundle. 

LACE Closures are thin and allow your natural hair to breathe. They're more flexible than silk and with proper installation, will lay flat on your head. This reduces the appearance of "raising" or demarcation at your hairline. Lace closure knots are easy to bleach or dye and are usually easy for stylists to work with. 

 


SILK Closures have a built in, medium-brown scalp base that completely covers your natural hair. They are thicker than lace closures, yet offer you a very natural looking crown/scalp appearance. The silk base does not typically require dye to match your hairline.

  • Protects your natural hair from heat damage, over-processing, and stress. This allows it to grow!
  • Allows you to try different colors and styles easily
  • Prevents sew-in wefts and braids from showing
  • No concern with blending and matching the texture to your natural hair
  • Creates a natural hair line
  • Eliminates bad hair days!
  1. Treat your closure as if it were your own hair. Be careful with chemicals, dyes, rinses, and bleaches. Use them sparingly as they may damage your closure, just as they would damage your natural hair.  
  2. Prior to first install, we strongly suggest that you seal your closure. Closures are delicate and each hair strand is hand-inserted into the lace/silk pores and knotted carefully. With washing and daily styling, those knots can sometimes loosen and the hair can fall from the pores, leading to thinning or even balding. Sealing your closure will secure the knots inside the lace/silk. We recommend using Knot My Problem Knot Sealer  before each install (available at most beauty supply stores). Check with your stylist for additional sealing options. 
  3. Wash and condition using moisturizing products. We recommend: Belair Gold Mood Collection Shampooo/Conditioner, Suave Sleek, or our One-N-Only Argan Products. For curly hair, we recommend a small amount of a daily moisturizer such as coconut or Moroccan argan oil to combat dryness or frizziness. 
  4. Gently swish your closure when washing. Do not rub or twist. Do not brush or pull hair while wet, as this will loosen the knots.
  5. Allow your closure to dry naturally or use a low heat drying process.
  6. Finger comb your closure, especially curly hair. Do not brush, as this can cause tangling and frizziness.
  7. Tangling should not occur, but if it does, use a mild detangler or a moisturizing leave-in conditioner. Gently detangle using your fingers or a wide-toothed comb. Do not tug on the hair, as this will loosen the knots and cause thinning/balding of the lace/silk base.
  8. Use a satin bonnet when sleeping.

We highly recommend our Belair Beauty Club brand of shampoo & conditioner. However, your hair care can depend on your climate. 

In drier areas, you may want to use a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner such as Loreal EverCare with Argan Oil, Shea Moisture products, or One-N-Only Argan Oil line of products.

In humid areas, you may want to use a smoothing shampoo/conditioner such as Suave Sleek or Pantene Smoothing. 

You can also use a small amount of frizz control or smoothing serum as needed.

At this time, we do accept customized orders, however, because Belair Beauty Bundles are made of 100% human hair, we can get all textures of hair at all types we displayed the most popular on our site. For example, we can get Malaysian or Natural texture bundles if needed.

 

If you do decide to have your bundles dyed, we recommend having the hair colorist test a one weft first prior to dyeing the full set to ensure that you’re satisfied with the results.

If you want a customized order we will only accept payments via friends and family payment and details can be sent to support@belairbeautyclub.com customized orders take 7 to 10 days 

Please e-mail support@belairbeauty.com with your order number and your request to cancel and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse. Kindly note, however, that orders enter processing at our warehouse between 5pm and 5am EST Monday-Friday. Therefore, if your request to cancel your order is submitted in-between this time frame, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to cancel it.

If your order is already in processing at our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If this is the case, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery and request to have it returned to sender. The courier will then ship it back to us at no cost to you. Once your tracking information updates to confirm that your package is on route back to our warehouse, please notify us immediately at support@belairbeautyclub.com and we will be happy to proceed with your refund back to your original method of payment.

Belair Beauty Club extensions are made of 100% remy human hair, so they won't get ruined if they get wet, however, when wet, they might get tangled with your own hair and cause damage to both your hair and the extensions.

You also can have your hair extensions in while playing sports, but like we mentioned above, they might get tangled with your own hair and cause damage to both your hair and the extensions.

We do not recommend to wear your Belair bundles outside when it is windy or rainy as harsh weather conditions can damage your extensions - we call this "weather damage". Strong winds can cause your bundles to tangle with your hair, and rain can cause your extensions to become dry. As a kind reminder, your extensions should rarely come into contact with water - only when they are being washed every 15-20 wears, or when there is major product build up. We encourage you to be mindful of weather conditions when wearing your extensions outside to ensure they have a long and healthy lifespan.

Please contact support@belairbeautyclub.com immediately with your order number and your new shipping address. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes, although it is the responsibility of the buyer to input their correct shipping address.

Kindly note that once an order enters processing at our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it. Orders go into processing at our warehouse between 5pm and 5am EST, therefore, it is best to e-mail in your requests between 5am and 5pm EST.

If your order has not yet been processed at our warehouse or been shipped, we will place your order on hold and send you a custom invoice. Kindly let us know once the invoice has been paid so we can manually release your order for processing again. If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to adjust your shipping method.
Orders will enter processing at our warehouse between 5pm and 5am EST. Therefore, it is best to e-mail in any order changes or requests between 5am and 5pm EST to ensure the adjustments can be made.

We have a very secure and smart payment system. If our system detects that your order is a potential risk of fraud, we will place your order on hold and reach out to you to verify the details of your order for the safety of our company and for the credit card holder. For example, if you are placing an order with a credit card that is issued in a different country than where you are placing the order form, our system will detect the difference in countries and your order will be flagged as a potential risk of fraud.

To verify these details, please simply respond to the e-mail that was sent to you from a Support Representative at Belair Beauty Club.

So we may ask to verify your Id and last 4 digits of your card, we will not take a photo copy and depending on the info provided in the order we may ask for a selfie with the card in hand.

Since Belair premium extensions are made of 100% Remy human hair, they can be dyed a darker color or toned by a professional hair colorist, who has had previous experience in working with hair extensions. If you do decide to get them dyed, please upgrade to premium and not standard. Our 1b black/brown can be turned all the way to 613 blonde but remember Bleaching is a harmful chemical process that can alter the quality of your set, and even damage it.

If you are in-between shades, we recommend going for the lighter color and taking your set to a professional hair colourist to have them dye your set a darker shade in order to achieve an overall match. Similarly, if you have highlights, we recommend going for a shade that matches the lightest highlight in your hair and having a professional hair colorist add in lowlights to your set.

Just like your own hair,  extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your belair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set. Also remember we recommend you buying the texture that you plan on wearing the most 

The lifespan of our extensions is determined by how well they are taken care of, what products are used on them, and how often they are worn. Usually, the lifespan of our premium extensions is a year or longer, depending on the general care they receive. In order to keep your extensions in the best shape possible, we recommend reading our hair maintenance tips.

Once received, Belair Beauty Club staff will EMAIL you an invoice/bill with your discounted total including shipping costs. We contact all clients in the order that we receive your ID.

Orders can ONLY be placed in the student’s or cosmetologist’s name. Orders WILL NOT be processed in any other name. You will have 24 hours to pay your invoice.  Once paid, your order will be shipped to you.

The discount is 15% off the HAIR and cannot be combined or transferred (no family or friends may use your discount). Discounts can only be applied at the time your order is placed with us via email. Orders placed on our website are NOT eligible for discounts. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

All hair offered by Belair Beauty Club comes in the lengths of 12″,14, 16″, 18″, 22″, 24″26"28″and 30. The lengths available at any point in time can be found in the drop-down menu under each specific hair style.

You will typically receive your package  3-5 business days from the day you place your order, except during holiday seasons or inclement weather. In those cases, shipping may take slightly longer. 

Shipping times will vary depending on your location:
